Hey Team,
It’s that time of year again, the holiday season has arrived.
We wanted to let you know that this year’s party will be held on Friday, December 13th starting at 6:30pm. Spouses are invited as well.
For anyone wondering, the dress code is formal-casual.
Cocktail hour will be from 6:30-7:30 in the lounge area and then dinner will be served with party afterwards located in the ballroom. (we will have a dancefloor & bartender)
If you are out of town, please note that we will take you off the schedule at noon to give you time to drive, check-in and get ready.
This year’s party will be held at the Delta Beausejour here in Moncton in the ballroom.

We have reserved 25 rooms at the Delta for anyone coming in to town.
For anyone outside of Moncton, please confirm with Chantal if you are coming or not before November 22nd as she will make sure there is enough rooms reserved for all of you. (Hotels will be provided to you by Greenfoot)
Like every other year, we will have a taxi tab with aircab.
Anything from the Delta to your home will be on Greenfoot’s tab in order for NO ONE to drink and DRIVE.
On another note, Greenfoot will be participating in the Moncton XMAS parade this year for anyone interested. We have room for kids and parents on the float. We will have a santa claus and Greenfoot mascot.
The parade will be held Saturday Nov 23rd.
Please let Chantal know if you are interested in being on the float.
